Archi and its subsidiaries have developed strong occupational health culture since operation started in 2011. We are committed to maintain "zero harm" principle in all of our policies by applying it in health and safety practices and comply to national standards and OHSAS 18001 international standard. We continue to maintain accreditation based on OHSAS 18001 since 2005. OHSAS 18001 is an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS) that specifies requirements for health and safety practices in workplace. By it application that internationally accepted standard, Archi has protect its visitors, employees, and contractors and also improve health and safety performance as an organization.

MSM and TTN also adopted Positive Attitude Safety System (PASS) process to provide a foundation for management and employees to improve our workplace by focusing on behaviour. PASS is not only for the workplace but also applicable for employees and their families at home and public.

We use Incident Causal Analysis Method (ICAM) for Health Safety Environment Incidents Management. ICAM is a system to guide investigator to find root of cause for the incident. ICAM is able to identify problems by using local factor and failure in the organization that contributes to the incident, such as communication training, operational procedures, conflict of objectives, change management, corporate culture, and it able to produce corrective recommendation to reduce risks and develop error-tolerant-defences for future incident.

To build safety awareness, we conduct annual general orientation of Health Safety Environment Security (HSES) for all employees, contractors, and on arrival for visitors to provide information, instructions, and safety supervision. Information includes rules, policies, and HSES procedures, primary potential risk and also how to identify and control in workplace. We also conduct regular audit such as monthly internal audit, 6-monthly OHSAS18001 audit certification, and yearly International Finance Corporation (IFC) audit.
